Step-by-Step Instructions to Register Your Wyoming LLC
STEP 1: Go here and search your desired LLC name to make sure it’s not already taken.
You want it to say ‘NO RESULTS FOUND’

STEP 2: Go to here and click ‘HIRE US’.
STEP 3: Select Hire Us under the $154 total package. You will be adding EIN service for $200 after you checkout.
STEP 4: Company Information
- Desired Company Name: Enter the name you picked and confirmed is available in Step 1.
- Alternative Company Name: Leave this blank.
- Entity Type: Select LLC.
- Notify Your Attorney of Lawsuit: Select No.
- Business Purpose: Check the box for "Use Generic Business Purpose".
- Click continue.
STEP 5: Filing Options
Click continue.
STEP 6: Management Information
- Member or Manager Managed: Put Member Managed.
- First Name: Enter your first name.
- Last Name: Enter your last name.
- Click continue.
STEP 7: Contact Information
- Enter your personal information.
- Click continue.
STEP 8: Business Presence
- Uncheck Wyoming Business Presence Package: You do NOT need this.
- Click continue.
STEP 9: Recommended Items
- Select: Have your mail sent to Wyoming, and we process it for you.
- Select: Free business address - 3 documents opened, scanned and virtually forwarded (included) $0/year.
- Click continue.
STEP 10: Account Creation
- Enter your email.
- Put in your password.
- Confirm password.
STEP 11: Billing Information
- Enter your card details.
- Click submit order.
STEP 12: LLC Confirmation
Once you pay, and your payment is successful and the name is available, you will see this confirmation screen.
STEP 13: Confirm Information
Scroll down and if everything looks good, click 'Looks Good'. You will also see the address that will be given to your business, which you can start using immediately.
STEP 14: Skip Expedited Processing
Click ‘No Thanks’ — you don’t need to pay to process it faster. You’ll still need to wait for your EIN, and paying to open the LLC faster won’t change that timeline.
STEP 15: Online Presence
Click No — this is not needed.
STEP 16: EIN Formation
You will need to select EIN - Tax ID (Non-US Citizen) for $200, then click Continue.
STEP 17: Submit Order
Your card details will be saved. Simply click on Place Order.
STEP 18: LLC + EIN FORMATION
Click on Submit to process your LLC and EIN.
STEP 19: Confirmation
You should see this message: "We've received and are processing your filing."
Your LLC typically takes 5–7 business days to form, and your EIN will take approximately 4–6 weeks to be issued.
STEP 20: Verification
You need to click both red boxes and verify the information.
STEP 21: Filing Orders
Once you click on Filing Orders, you will see Pending Final Review. There’s nothing for you to do here. You can go back and click on the other red box labeled Service Requiring Attention.
STEP 22: Verify Information
You will be able to verify your information once you click on Service Requiring Attention and then click Continue.
FINAL STEP: Completion
Once you click Continue from the last page, you should see the message "You're all caught up!" You are officially done! They will notify you via email when the LLC and EIN are formed, and the documents will be uploaded under the Documents tab.
Congratulations! You officially opened a US Company!
